We’re pleased to announce that Fukui Byora has qualified for the ESG/SDGs Assessment Loan for Accredited Positive Impact Finance, based on a high evaluation from Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC).

The ESG/SDGs Assessment Loan for Accredited Positive Impact Finance(Japanese: ポジティブ・インパクト金融原則適合型ESG/SDGs評価融資) is a financing aid available to entities that score highly in various categories proposed jointly by SMBC and The Japan Research Institute. The assessment takes into account a company’s initiative and disclosure in the realm of ESG* compliances, contributions towards the attainment of SDGs, appropriateness of actions in relation to the status quo, and plans for future initiatives in key areas.

We are proud to report that Fukui Byora is a recipient of the Cost Excellence Award (日本語：原価賞) from Denso Electronics Co., Ltd.

This award is presented to companies who display proactive efforts in the implementation of cost reduction activity, and represents commendation received by Fukui Byora at the May 25th, 2023 General Meeting of Suppliers.

As of April 2023, Fukui Byora has entered a contract with Hokuriku Electric Power Company to bring the “Kagayaki GREEN” renewable electricity resource to our Hosorogi facilities.

As a part of our ongoing efforts to reach carbon neutrality by 2030, Kagayaki GREEN is working in tandem with the solar panel arrays installed on Hosorogi facilities 1, 8 and 9 and now provides 100% renewable power on location.

We will continue to integrate further renewable energy initiatives and strategies for reducing CO² emissions in order to fight the encroachment of global warming.

Fukui Byora was honored to receive the Excellence in Quality Management Award (品質管理 優良賞) from AISAN INDUSTRY on April 25th, 2023.

This award was presented to us for proactive implementation of product quality management activities, and highly rated actions in service to quality improvement

As part of Fukui Byora’s larger SDGs initiatives and through cooperation with Hokuriku Electric Power Company, we have begun full operations of the Mega-Solar (1,057 kw) solar panel arrays recently installed at Hosorogi facilities 8 and 9 in Awara City.

Fukui Byora Group will continue to deploy proactive actions that will bring us closer to the 2030 target for carbon neutrality.

As of 2023, Fukui Byora has been awarded S-Class designation for 8 consecutive years by the Class-based Evaluation System for Businesses^*, following the revised guidelines for energy conservation determined by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry’s Agency for Energy Resources.

A system that publishes periodic reports on businesses, categorizing them into S, A, B, or C class, in order to encourage the implementation of good practices in areas such as energy conservation.

On November 15th, 2022, Fukui Byora received a Quality Excellence Award (日本語：品質賞) from Denso Electronics Co., Ltd.

This award was presented to us for our Zero-Defect supply policy which has been continually demonstrated since beginning mass production activities, and represents commendation received by Fukui Byora at the October 11th, 2022 General Meeting of Suppliers.

As part of Fukui Byora’s larger SDGs initiatives and through cooperation with Hokuriku Electric Power Company, we have begun full operations of the solar panel arrays recently installed at our Kaga production plant in Ishikawa prefecture.

Fukui Byora Group will continue to deploy proactive actions that will bring us closer our targeted 30% cut in CO² emissions (relative to 2013 emissions) by 2030.

As part of Fukui Byora's larger SDGs initiatives and through cooperation with Hokuriku Electric Power Company, we have begun full operations of the solar panel arrays recently installed at Hosorogi facility 1 in Awara City. As of March 1st, 2021, it is the Hokuriku region’s largest private-consumption solar panel array.

After months of construction that began in June last year, our affiliate company FUKUIBYORA (THAILAND) CO., LTD., hereafter FBT, was pleased to announce the completion of new Thailand based production facilities at the Grand Opening performed on site at its Amata City Industrial Estate location.

FBT is a subsidiary of BYORA PRECISION SINGAPOREPTE.LTD., and will become Fukui Byora’s “2nd Manufacturing Base” as our first foray into manufacturing outside Japan. FBT will perform a central role in meeting the increasing demand for automotive and electronic goods throughout the rapidly developing regions in greater Asia, and help us to cater to regional specific needs.

On November 27th, 2013, Fukui Byora’s NL production facility received an official license to manufacture medical industry qualified products (license number: 18BZ200052, classification: general medical instruments).

At Fukui Byora, we consistently clear the strictest of quality requirements and have built up strong management systems that support a pristine level of cleanliness grounded on ISO13465 approved processes.

From October 1st to 5th, Fukui Byora operated a booth at the largest general exhibition of IT and electronics products in Asia, CEATEC JAPAN, hosted this year at Makuhari Messe.
